History of GMS
The First Villa
GMS Property began in 2020 with a single charming villa in the tranquil neighborhood of Umalas. We quickly recognized the rising demand for stylish and comfortable accommodation in Bali — and knew we had something special to offer.
Expansion and Villa Pastis
By 2022, our vision had grown into a beautiful private-pool villa complex in Umalas, featuring one-bedroom units, along with two additional exclusive villas just a short stroll from the lively Berawa area in Canggu. All our villas were named Villa Pastis, a nod to the beloved drink from Marseille, the hometown of our founder.
Mistral Bali Launch
In early 2025, we took our next big leap with the launch of Mistral Bali — a 20-unit co-living apartment complex in Umalas. Designed for comfort, community, and affordability, Mistral Bali quickly became a favorite among tourists, expats, and digital nomads seeking the perfect balance of work, leisure, and island living.
